Neighborhood Health Center is the largest and longest-serving Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Western New York. It provides primary healthcare to all community members regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. The organization is ranked as the highest quality health center in the region and places in the top 20% nationally for quality of care.
The center operates multiple locations across the Buffalo area, including sites in Blasdell, Bridgeview, Delaware, Mattina, Northwest, Riverway, and Southtowns. Its services encompass comprehensive primary care, integrated healthcare, pharmacy services, and behavioral health support including psychiatric services. It also offers telehealth consultations and a dedicated Healthcare for the Homeless Program.
A Sliding Fee Program is available to lower costs for uninsured or underinsured patients. As a federally funded FQHC, the organization's mission is to ensure healthcare remains accessible to diverse patient populations throughout the community.
