Neighborhood Health Center is the largest and longest-serving Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Western New York. The center operates multiple locations across the Buffalo area, including sites in Blasdell, Bridgeview, Delaware, Mattina, Northwest, Riverway, and Southtowns. Its services encompass comprehensive primary care, integrated healthcare, pharmacy services, and behavioral health support including psychiatric services. It also offers telehealth consultations and a dedicated Healthcare for the Homeless Program.
A Sliding Fee Program is available to lower costs for uninsured or underinsured patients. As a federally funded FQHC, the organization's mission is to ensure healthcare remains accessible to diverse patient populations throughout the community.
