Harbor is a comprehensive behavioral health organization founded in 1913. It serves over 30,000 youth, adults, seniors, and families annually across 24 locations in Northwest Ohio. The organization employs over 550 staff, including approximately 300 clinical staff and more than 30 prescribers.
The organization provides a full continuum of care, including mental health treatment, substance use disorder treatment, developmental pediatrics, primary care, vocational rehabilitation, and telehealth services. It also offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and operates a Mental Health Urgent Care facility that opened in 2023, providing same-day walk-in services without a referral or appointment.
Harbor is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and certified by the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health. The organization's core values are embodied in the acronym HELPS: Help First, Everybody, Learn & Grow, Positivity, and Safety.
