UA Talents is a global movement founded in 2020 that connects historically underrepresented talent with welcoming employers. The organization operates through an inclusive job board and a suite of support services designed to address barriers to employment for diverse communities.
Its core platform, the Inclusive Job Board, serves groups including refugees, the blind and low vision, neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ professionals, returning citizens, single parents, and veterans. The board lists over 3,000 live jobs and has a candidate base of more than 1 million. UA Talents also runs targeted community-specific job sites such as Jobs for Refugees, Jobs for the Blind, Jobs for the Neurodivergent, and Rainbow Jobs for LGBTQIA+ talent.
Beyond job matching, the organization provides specialized training programs. These include DE&I training for employers to build inclusive hiring practices, as well as professional coaching, resume support, and interview preparation for job seekers. UA Talents operates globally across the employment services, diversity and inclusion, and human resources sectors.
