- Master the art of
candidate engagement, conducting insightful interviews
(video, phone, and in-person) that unveil each

- Utilize your

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven
experience as a Recruiter, with a track record of
successfully attracting and hiring top talent (agency
or in-house experience welcome!).
- Exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills that enable you
to build strong relationships with candidates
and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in
applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting
tools.
- Adaptability and a
solutions-oriented mindset to navigate challenges and seize
opportunities.
- Passion for our
company's mission and a genuine desire to contribute to our success.
- While certain
duties may be performed remotely as approved, the associate must
be available to attend in-person orientation, onboarding,
initial training, department meetings, and site-based activities
at designated Benore locations as required.
