Alliance College-Ready Public Schools is a nonprofit charter school network founded in 2004 by educators, civil rights activists, and Los Angeles community leaders. The organization operates 25 middle and high schools across Los Angeles and Los Angeles County, serving nearly 13,000 scholars. Its founding principle holds that all children are capable of learning and achieving at high levels regardless of income, ability, or socio-economic background.
The network reports a 95% high school graduation rate. Alliance strives to uplift scholars and their communities by fostering educational opportunities that encourage scholarly thought, resilient learning, powerful communication, mind-body wellness, and community advocacy.
